Shipping Policy

United Parcel Service (UPS)
All print orders are shipped via UPS. You will receive UPS tracking information for your package(s) by email and it will also be available for viewing in your order history pages. We ship most orders within 24 hours of completion and can not be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Local Pick Up
Pick-up hours are from: 10AM-6PM Mon-Fri. Please call to arrange a designated pick-up time to ensure availability. Our facility is located at 20937 John R Rd. in Hazel Park, MI between 8 & 9 Mile Roads. The easiest way to get to us is via 8 Mile Rd. Eastbound 8 Mile drivers will make left onto John R and look for our facility approximately 2 1/2 blocks on left (Westside of John R). Westbound 8 Mile drivers will make a right (North) onto John R Rd and look for our facility on the left (Westside of John R). Our building is clearly marked "DWP Music Services". Make a left turn onto West Hayes and enter the parking lot from the rear.
