How long will it take for my product to arrive?
Your product will be shipped within 24 hours of completion. We will contact you with a UPS tracking number so that you can follow the transit of your product as it makes its way to your doorstep. We cannot be responsible for delays incurred by the shipping carrier once the product has left our facility.
How do you handle refunds and returns?
All orders processed through this website are nonrefundable. While we review each file that you submit to us, we are not responsible for proofing your work. By submitting an image file to us you certify that it is "ready for print" and will not require any additional changes. We will replace any product found to be defective because of an error on our end. Contact us to request a return authorization (RA) before sending product back to us. Indie Print USA cover any shipping costs involved in product returns and costs to ship the corrected product back to you.
What is high gloss UV coating?
UV coating is an extremely high gloss coating that provides a moisture, curl and fade resistant finish. You can request UV coating by selecting the option on the product page.
Can I create my own design?
Yes. Our website is the perfect solution for people who need their self-designed materials professionally printed. If you design your own project, be sure that you adhere to the acceptable file formats and guidelines. Improperly produced files may be rejected, causing a delay in receiving your product. If you are unsure about preparing your files please feel free to email or call us for assistance. See our File Guidelines page for more details.
How long will it take you to design my flyer, brochure, CD inserts, etc.?
Most design projects can be completed within 3-5 business days from the date that you provide us with all the necessary materials that we need to get started. Brochure designs can usually be completed within 7-10 business days. The turnaround time that is published on the product pages is for the printing only. For orders with design and printing please add the estimated design time to recalculate your new turnaround time.
Will I get to see my design before you print it?
Yes. We will not send your design project to print without first getting your approval. When your artwork is completed, we will contact you by email with a URL link to view it online in your own private proof room. You will have the option of approving or requesting modifications of the design work until you are satisfied.
How do I pay for additional design fees?
Selecting the “Need Design” option on the product page will cover up to 3 hours of design work. If your project requires addition work, we can invoice you for the balance through PayPal or you can pay with your credit card by phone.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All online payments are processed securely through PayPal. We accept credit card payments using VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover. We also accept electronic check payments.
Can I order my print or design job offline?
Yes. You can call our office at 248-545-6612 to speak with a sales consultant. We can process your credit payment by phone. Local customers can also stop into our office to pay in person.
Do you offer services than are not listed on this site?
Yes. Indie Print USA is a division of DWP Music Services, which offers several products and services that cater to the needs of independent artist, songwriters, and entertainers. To find out more about our other services give us a call or browse our network web stores.
Do you offer rush services?
We do not offer rush services on our printing; however you can give us a call to request a rush on your design work for an additional fee. The rush fee will ensure that your design is completed in 24-48 hours.
Why do I have to register to order your services?
By registering, you provide us with the necessary information that we need to process and ship your order. You will also have a record of your order history that you can recall at any time. Finally, registering makes future ordering easier, as you only need to enter your email and password to retrieve your shipping information and items saved to your shopping cart.
I forgot my password. How can I get into my account?
If you forget your password, just click on the "Forget Password" link in the login box and request a new password. An email will be sent to you shortly with your temporary password. At this point you can login with the new password and change it to whatever you want.

At the point where you actually enter your credit card details you will notice that you are on a secure https server. I didn’t receive my download link after purchase. What should I do?
Don’t panic. First, check your order history to see if the download link is active on the order details page. If not, send us an email with as much information about your order as you can. We will send an email with your download details.
Possible cause: After you complete your payment through PayPal you MUST press the "Continue" button at PayPal.com to return to our website. This gives our system a confirmation that your payment was received. If you don't do this step your download links won't appear and there will be no record of your purchase in your order history.
